We have embark on a continuous improvement journey to enhance the quality of our workforce. We will be partnering SkillsFuture Singapore to become an in-house training organisation as well as with the Institute of Training Education to implement a high value and quality on the job training system for all of our tradesmen.
Here at Aegis, we champion a Safety-First culture in our daily operations. Monthly meetings are conducted to discuss, operationalise and improve our safety measures. Our meetings cover a spectrum of safety protocols and procedures, equipping our staff with the necessary knowledge.
Every year,Safety Awards are given to staff who demonstrate exemplary safety practices at work.These awards reflect the emphasis that we place on safety and our effort to make it a key institutional requirement.

Lunar 7th Month Prayer
Aegis held a Lunar 7th Month Prayer event on August 2024. The event was also planned to brief our worker on Safety, Housekeeping and Training conducted by our Management Trainee/ Ops - Keane Koh. Workers were also awarded in recognition of their outstanding performance in the delivery of safety at workplace and IPPT (Gold) award to our Operation Manager - Yue Kaiwen.
